User Conduct & Responsibilities

Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action if applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, UI/UX, and source code of VoltFind are owned or licensed by VoltFind Technologies. The "VoltFind" name, "EV Nexus", logos, and related trademarks are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. However, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

Warranty Disclaimer

VOLTFIND IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PLATFORM DATA (LOCATIONS, RATES, AVAILABILITY) IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
